He covers why you’re better off using a password you can remember than a complex password. This is of particular note for IT folks who’ve noticed passwords on sticky notes (as I have — or even written on the monitor itself!).

I admit I sleep a bit better at night knowing my passwords are both diverse and complex.  As covered by this Lifehacker article, there are a bunch of great ways to think about security.
